About Claudia
Claudia is a registered Psychologist with APHRA and a member of the APS with over two decades of experience in private practice. She has been providing counseling to individuals, families and couples since 1999 and is comfortable working with culturally and sexually diverse couples, families and individuals across a wide range of issues.
Claudia employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to support her clients in achieving a sense of integration and balance. Her integrative and holistic approach to counselling encompasses Psychodynamic, Systemic, Gestalt, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT for individuals and EFT for couples) and Self Inquiry Methods. Additionally, Claudia is trained in level 2 of the PACT approach to couple therapy.
Dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth, Claudia has pursued Buddhist studies, is a follower of the Diamond approach and explores various non- dualistic approaches to spirituality. Her broad expertise and commitment to holistic well-being make her a trusted and compassionate guide for those seeking psychological and relational healing.
Services Offered
We enter relationships with a template we learned through our childhood experiences.
Based on the form in which a family functions, we develop various attachment styles that we repeat and bring to our relatedness to others. Through the counseling process we bring awareness to the attachment styles, triggers and threads of experiences that activates us in our relationships.
Our relationships with family members can be the source of great happiness but also great difficulty, emotional pain and disconnection.
Through the family counseling process we make ongoing efforts to enhance our family dynamics to bridge gaps and repair connections in meaningful and long-lasting ways.
Through individual work you will address behaviours that are not helping you anymore.
Action tendencies you learned in your childhood which were protecting you at one point, are now no longer serving you. You will receive personal support and guidance through difficult times and will experience new ways to address your challenging life circumstances.

When we realise what awareness is in its purity we arrive to a place of inner being and calmness that permeates body and mind.
Join our monthly awareness practice groups to cultivate awareness skills and awaken to the experience of being and awareness itself.
Frequency: Once a month
Focus: Practicing awareness skills and exploring self-inquiry practices
Goal: Awakening to your true self
Donation only: donations will go towards pet rescue centres.
These sessions provide a supportive environment for deepening your understanding of yourself and enhancing your ability to live mindfully.

I offer dream groups designed to help participants learn how to analyse and uncover the unconscious meaning of their dreams. Dreams can inform us where we are at this time in our journey and give us guidance.
In these sessions, you will explore different types of dreams in an experiential format.
Frequency: Once a month
Atmosphere: Fun and confidential
Participation: No need to disclose personal history. The only requirement is to bring a dream to share.
